PRODUCTS
- All products are personalized with custom name and phone number
- Personalization is final and cannot be changed after order is 
  submitted
- Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor 
  settings

ORDERS
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
- You must provide accurate dog name and phone number information

PAYMENT
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, 
  Shop Pay
- Payment is required at time of order
- All transactions are secure and encrypted

SHIPPING
- Standard shipping: 7-14 business days within USA
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- Shipping times may vary during high-volume periods
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
