SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- Personalized items require additional 2-3 days for embroidery
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays processed the next business
day

Standard Shipping:
- Delivery: 7-14 business days
- Cost: $4.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
- Tracking included
Express Shipping:
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Cost: $9.99
- Tracking included

- Tracking number sent via email once shipped

- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If marked as "delivered" but not received:
1. Check with neighbors
2. Contact your local post office
3. File a claim with the carrier

- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery
WRONG ADDRESS
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping
addresses
- If package is returned due to wrong address:
- Refund minus shipping cost
- OR re-ship with additional shipping fee
