safely.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
- Personalized items require additional 2-3 days for embroidery
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays processed the next business 
  day

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery: 7-14 business days
- Cost: $4.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
- Tracking included

Express Shipping:
- Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Cost: $9.99
- Tracking included

ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking number sent via email once shipped
- Track your order at: pawtag.store/account
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update

SHIPPING COSTS
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- FREE shipping on orders $50+
- Express shipping: $9.99
- Costs calculated at checkout

DELAYS
Possible reasons for delays:
- High order volume during sales
- Severe weather conditions
- Holiday shipping volume
- Carrier delays
- Personalization production time

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- If marked as "delivered" but not received:
  1. Check with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. File a claim with the carrier
  4. Contact us at support@pawtag.store
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

WRONG ADDRESS
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping 
  addresses
- If package is returned due to wrong address:
  - Refund minus shipping cost
  - OR re-ship with additional shipping fee

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Currently NOT available
